- تطوير التدريب والإدارة المهنية
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- دعم المديرين في العلاقات الاجتماعية وقانون العمل
- نشر سياسة الموارد البشرية للمجموعة بما يتوافق مع معايير صناعة الفنادق الفاخرة
- المساهمة في العلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل وولاء الموظف الملف الشخصي المطلوب
- تدريب Bac + 4/5 في الموارد البشرية أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال مماثل منصب مثالي في صناعة الفنادق الفاخرة
- معرفة ممتازة بقانون العمل
- مهارات العلاقات والتقدير والصرامة والقيادة
