المشاركة في تنمية الموارد البشرية وتنفيذ مشاريع الموارد البشرية
تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية ووضع الخطة التدريبية
ضمان المراقبة الإدارية واللوجستية لأنشطة التدريب
تقييم فعالية التدريب ومراقبة المهارات
المشاركة في التنظيم الإداري للموظفين
التأكد من تطبيق إجراءات وأنظمة الموارد البشرية المعمول بها
الملف الشخصي المطلوب: Bac+2 إلى Bac+5 في الموارد البشرية أو الإدارة أو ما يعادلها
أول تجربة ناجحة في منصب مماثل
السيطرة الجيدة على الأدوات المكتبية
الصرامة والمهارات التنظيمية ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين جيدة
