المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الإعداد، مراقبة ومراقبة عناصر الرواتب المتغيرة، المشاركة في معالجة كشوف المرتبات ومراقبتها، ضمان الإعلانات الاجتماعية ومراقبة ملفات CNSS، إدارة إدارة شؤون الموظفين: العقود والشهادات والملفات الإدارية والغياب والإجازات
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الملف الشخصي المطلوب: تدريب Bac+3/5 في الموارد البشرية أو الإدارة أو ما يعادلها، خبرة مثبتة في وظيفة مماثلة، ومن الأفضل أن تكون في بيئة صناعية، القيادة الجيدة لكشوف المرتبات وإدارة شؤون الموظفين وإعلانات CNSS، معرفة جيدة بالتشريعات الاجتماعية المغربية

المهام الرئيسية
مراقبة دخول وخروج الموظفين، التأكد من تحديث الملفات الفردية وبيانات الموارد البشرية، المشاركة في مراقبة لوحات معلومات ومؤشرات الموارد البشرية، ضمان تنسيق ورصد مختلف العمليات الإدارية للموارد البشرية
التأكد من الالتزام بالإجراءات الداخلية واللوائح الاجتماعية المعمول بها
الكفاءة في أدوات Excel وتكنولوجيا المعلومات
