- Accueil et conseil client — Accompagner les particuliers en boutique، identifier leurs besoins et proposer les offres.
- Vente et fidélisation — Présenter les solutions، gérer les objections، finaliser les ventes et assurer la satisfaction client.
- Gestion des demandes — Résoudre les problématiques techniques simples، orienter vers les services adaptés، assurer un suivi qualitatif. Profil recherché
- Aisance relationnelle : Très bon contact client، capacité à accueillir، écouter et accompagner les particuliers en boutique.
- Sens du service : Attitude positive، empathie، gestion professionnelle des demandes et réclamations.
- Dynamisme en boutique : Capacité à gérer un flux client important، à travailler en équipe et à maintenir un bon rythme commercial.
- Compétences de vente. Conditions
