- Essaouira | Contrat Projet | Disponibilité immédiate Missions principales
- Prospection commerciale et identification de nouvelles opportunités.
- Développement et gestion du portefeuille avec un suivi régulier et qualitatif.
- Commercialisation des produits et services : solutions de financement، épargne، assurance، moyens de paiement.
- Analyse des besoins et proposition de solutions adaptées.
- Négociation et conclusion des ventes dans le respect des procédures internes.
- Fidélisation et accompagnement personnalisé des clients. Profil recherché
- Bac+2 en commerce، gestion، finance ou équivalent.
- Première expérience commerciale souhaitée (secteur bancaire ou assurance apprécié).
- Aisance relationnelle، sens du service et capacité à convaincre.
- Dynamique، motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats.
