مطلوب مهندس ميكانيكا (إنتاج / تصميم) للعمل بالمكتب الفني لمصنعنا، مسؤول عن تحويل التصاميم إلى لوحات تنفيذية قابلة للتصنيع الفعلي بأعلى جودة وأقل نسبة هالك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد لوحات التشغيل وGD&T: عمل رسومات الانفرادات والتجميع، الـ BOM، وتحديد التفاوتات الهندسية بدقة.
- التواصل الفني الميداني: متابعة تصنيع العينة الأولى بالورشة والربط بين المكتب الفني والجودة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة عملية بتشكيل الصاج: فهم كامل لحسابات الثني (K-Factor)، القطع بالليزر، والعمليات الميكانيكية.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مصانع تشكيل معادن / صاج.
- إقامة قريبة من [اذكر المنطقة

المهام والمهارات المطلوبة
إتقان تام لبرامج CAD/CAM: احتراف SolidWorks (خاصة Sheet Metal) وبرامج الـ Nesting.
تطبيق DFM وحل مشكلات الورشة: معالجة عيوب التصميم قبل التصنيع، وتصميم وسائل التثبيت (Jigs & Fixtures).
