موظف / موظفة متابعة سائقين

منسّق عمليات توصيل – الكويت

للعمل في متابعة السائقين العاملين على منصة طلبات، وتسجيل تفاصيل العمل وإعداد تقارير الشفت على Excel.

متابعة حالات التأخير والغياب والأعطال ومشكلات التوصيل، وإبلاغ المسؤول بما يحتاج تدخّلًا.

إعداد تقرير نهاية الشفت وتسليم الحالات المعلّقة للشفت التالي.

للتقديم: إرسال السيرة الذاتية عبر واتساب، مع كتابة «متابعة سائقين»

شروط التقديم والمؤهلات

تحديث شيت Excel ببيانات السائقين والأحداث والملاحظات والإجراءات المتخذة.

إجادة استخدام Excel وإدخال البيانات بدقة.

مهارات تواصل جيدة وسرعة في المتابعة.

التنظيم والانتباه للتفاصيل والعمل بنظام الشفتات.
