- تنظيم واستقبال الضيوف خلال المعارض والندوات وفعاليات الشركة.
- تنظيم وتحويل المكالمات إلى الأقسام المختصة.
- تنظيم المواعيد وجدولة الاجتماعات.
- القدرة على تنظيم الوقت وتعدد المهام.
