Key Responsibilities

• إعداد ونشر الإعلانات على مختلف المنصات العقارية.

• متابعة العملاء حتى إتمام عملية البيع.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent communication، persuasion، and negotiation skills.

• Good computer and social media skills.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات أو التسويق العقاري.

Communicate with clients and respond to all inquiries.

List and promote properties on real estate websites and social media platforms.

Follow up with clients by phone and WhatsApp.

Coordinate and attend property viewings.

Welcome clients and present available properties.

Communicate with property owners and collect and update property details.

Create and publish property advertisements across different platforms.

Follow up with clients throughout the sales process until the deal is successfully d.

Continuously update property and client databases.

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing.

Presentable appearance and strong commitment to appointments.

Ability to work in the field and travel when required.
