WE’RE HIRING — AUTO CARE SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities
- Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Afternoon break: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM
- Friday: Weekly day off
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an auto care or detailing center.
- Strong knowledge of PPF، nano ceramic coatings، window tinting، polishing، interior detailing، and smart paint repair.
- Experience in indoor sales، customer consultation، quotations، and selling service packages.
- Ability to supervise staff، schedule jobs، and maintain high quality standards.
- Strong spoken and written English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
- Recommend suitable services and packages to customers.
- Coordinate bookings، workflow، and vehicle delivery.
- Inspect completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on enquiries، quotations، and sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized، professional customer reception area.

- Good communication، leadership، and problem-solving skills.
- Salary will be determined during the interview based on experience and qualifications.
