المهام والمسؤوليات
- القدرة على متابعة العمال وتوزيع المهام.
- إعداد ومتابعة التقارير اليومية.
- متابعة احتياجات الموقع والتنسيق مع الإدارة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف وإدارة فرق العمل.
- شخصية قيادية وقدرة جيدة على التواصل.
- الالتزام والانضباط وتحمل مسؤولية العمل.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام الشيفتات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في شركات النظافة أو الخدمات.
- الإشراف على فريق العمل ومتابعة الحضور والانصراف.
- توزيع المهام ومتابعة تنفيذها.
- التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير النظافة وجودة الخدمة.
- التعامل مع المشكلات داخل الموقع ورفعها للإدارة.
- إقامة على حساب الشركة و يوجد انتقالات من السكن للمطار و واجبات
