Key Responsibilities

  • Gestion/Maintenance
  • RUM Maroc recrute une Assistante d’Accueil. Missions principales
  • Assurer l’accueil physique et téléphonique des visiteurs et clients.
  • Orienter les visiteurs vers les interlocuteurs concernés.
  • Gérer le courrier entrant et sortant.
  • Organiser et préparer les salles de réunion.
  • Assurer diverses tâches administratives et de secrétariat.
  • Participer au bon fonctionnement de l’accueil et à l’image de l’entreprise. Profil recherché
  • Bac+2 minimum en gestion، secrétariat ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience souhaitée dans un poste similaire.
  • Bonne présentation et excellent sens de l’accueil.
  • Maîtrise du français، l’anglais est un atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word، Excel، Outlook).
  • Sens de l’organisation، rigueur et discrétion.
