- تقطيع وتجهيز اللحوم والدواجن حسب الطلب.
- مراقبة جودة وصلاحية اللحوم وتخزينها في غرف التبريد.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتعقيم أدوات ومكان العمل باستمرار.
