- تعلن إحدى كبرى شركات التطوير العقاري بالإسكندرية عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس مكتب فني معماري. – يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية. – مع خبرة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أعمال المكتب الفني. – يتطلب الدور إجادة العمل على البرامج الهندسية مثل Revit و AutoCAD. – والقدرة على إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية، وحصر الكميات، وإعداد المستخلصات. – بالإضافة إلى التنسيق بين الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية. – والمعرفة الجيدة بالمواصفات الفنية والكود المصري. – الشروط: بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية – خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أعمال المكتب الفني – إجادة العمل على البرامج الهندسية مثل Revit-Autocad – خبرة في إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية، وحصر الكميات، والمستخلصات – قدرة على التنسيق بين الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية – المهارات: إجادة عمل shop drawing خاصة أعمال التشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية – إجادة العمل على البرامج الهندسية مثل Revit-Autocad المتطلباتمعرفة جيدة بالمواصفات الفنية والكود المصري
