Nous recrutons un juriste en droit immobilier de formation BAC+5 et ayant une expérience de 5 ans dans la gestion des opérations liées aux biens immobiliers (achats، ventes، construction، copropriété et urbanisme)

Préparer et sécuriser les contrats (compromis de vente، baux d'habitation ou commerciaux، conventions de copropriété)

Vérifier les titres de propriété، la situation foncière et les règles d'urbanisme

Suivre l'évolution de la législation en matière foncière، environnementale et de construction

Préparer les dossiers et faire le lien avec les avocats ou les notaires en cas de litige.
