- *الوظيفة: موظف شؤون إدارية وموارد بشرية (HR & Administration)**
- معرفة جيدة بقانون العمل المصري والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
- تأمينات اجتماعية وطبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومتابعة ملفات الموظفين والعمال وعقود العمل والمستندات الرسمية.
- متابعة الحضور والانصراف والإجازات والغيابات.
- إعداد ومراجعة تقارير الرواتب الشهرية (Payroll).
- متابعة التأمينات الاجتماعية ومكتب العمل والإجراءات الحكومية ذات الصلة.
- متابعة الأعمال الإدارية الخاصة بالمصنع والشركة، مثل الإعاشة والمواصلات والصيانة والمستلزمات.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- *تعلن شركة ومصنع Windoor Solution عن حاجتها للتعيين**
- *مكان العمل:**
- المصنع: مؤسسة الزكاة – القاهرة
- الإدارة: التجمع الخامس
- المشاركة في عمليات التوظيف واستقطاب العمالة والفنيين والموظفين الإداريين.
- تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات الشركة ومتابعة الالتزام بها.
- التعامل مع المشكلات الإدارية وشؤون العاملين والعمل على حلها.
- مؤهل عالٍ مناسب، ويفضل إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من
- *2 إلى 4 سنوات** في مجال الـ HR والشؤون الإدارية، ويفضل الخبرة في المصانع أو القطاع الصناعي.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على حل المشكلات وإدارة المواقف.
