Nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) de recouvrement (H/F)

Casablanca – Lmkansa Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de recouvrement rigoureux(se)، réactif(ve) et doté(e) d’un bon sens de la négociation pour renforcer notre équipe.

Vos principales missions

Suivre les créances clients et les échéances de paiement.

Effectuer les relances téléphoniques، écrites et les visites clients si nécessaire.

Négocier les modalités de règlement et suivre les engagements de paiement.

Identifier les litiges et coordonner leur résolution avec les services concernés.

Tenir à jour les tableaux de suivi et assurer un reporting régulier.

Profil recherché

Formation en gestion، finance ou comptabilité.

Expérience confirmée dans le recouvrement des créances clients.

Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de gestion.

Aisance relationnelle، fermeté et capacité de négociation.

Sens de l’organisation et respect de la confidentialité.
