Lieu de travail : Proximité Casablanca – Settat Une entreprise spécialisée dans la conserverie et la transformation du poisson recrute un(e) Chef d’équipe Production pour renforcer ses équipes. ? PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : ✅ Bac+2 / Bac+3 en production، agroalimentaire ou domaine similaire. ✅ Expérience souhaitée dans un poste similaire، idéalement en conserverie de poisson. ✅ Leadership et capacité à encadrer une équipe. ✅ Rigueur، réactivité et sens de l’organisation. ?️ MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : ? Encadrer et superviser l’équipe de production. ? Organiser et suivre les activités de la ligne de production. ? Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène، de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire. ? Assurer le suivi des objectifs de productivité et de rendement. ? Identifier les dysfonctionnements et mettre en place les actions correctives. ?
