Key Responsibilities

• مراقب ومشرف لشركة تنظيف – الكويت . حولي

• الإشراف على فرق العمل وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.

• استقبال اتصالات العملاء ومعاينة الأعمال وتسعيرها.

• تنظيم جداول العمل وضمان الجودة ورضا العملاء.

• استقطاب العمالة وإدارة احتياجات القوى العاملة.

• متابعة السلامة والمخزون والتقارير اليومية.

• القدرة على القيادة والتنظيم والتعامل مع العملاء.

• لا تُقبل إقامات المشاريع الصغيرة أو قطاعات المصانع والمزارع.

• Supervise cleaning teams، assign duties، and monitor performance.

• Handle customer calls، conduct site inspections، and prepare quotations.

• Organize daily schedules and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning equipment، machines، and materials.

• Assist with workforce recruitment and manpower planning.

• Monitor safety procedures، inventory، and daily work reports.

• Proven professional experience in the cleaning industry.

• Valid residency permit (Iqama) that is eligible for immediate transfer.

• Visas under small projects، factories، and agricultural sectors are NOT ed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• نبحث عن مشرف محترف يمتلك خبرة مثبتة في إدارة والإشراف على فرق التنظيف السكني والتجاري.

• خبرة في معدات وآلات ومواد التنظيف.

• خبرة عملية مثبتة واحترافية في مجال التنظيف.

• إقامة سارية وقابلة للتحويل الفوري.

• Strong leadership، organizational، and customer service skills.
