- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للاتصالات مع العملاء والمتابعة في نظام إدارة العلاقة مع الزبائن.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الخبرة: ما لا يقل عن سنة إلى سنتين من خبرة المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء (من الأفضل أن تكون هناك خلفية في الهجرة، والسفر، والمبيعات الاستشارية).
معالجة الاستفسارات الواردة والصادرة من العملاء المحتملين المهتمين بخدمات الهجرة والتأشيرات.
تقديم المشورة من الخبراء بشأن مسارات الهجرة ومعايير الأهلية والشروط.
فهم مواصفات العملاء، ومعالجة الشواغل وتوجيههم خلال عملية التسجيل.
تحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف الشهرية للمبيعات والتحويل.
الاحتياجات من الموارد
نوع الجنس: مقدمات الطلبات فقط.
الكفاءة اللغوية: مهارات اتصال مهنية وممتازة باللغة الهندية والانكليزية (معرفة لغات أخرى ميزة).
المهارات: مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض، والعلاقات الشخصية، والإغلاق مع موقف يضع العميل أولا.
أيام العمل: من السبت إلى الخميس (الجمعة عطلة)
ساعات العمل: من الساعة 00/10 إلى الساعة 30/20
