الوظيفة: مساعد أمين مستودع وتوزيع
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحميل وتفريغ البضائع.
- إعداد أوامر التسليم.
نحن نبحث عن شخص موثوق به، يعمل بجد ومرن لدعم مستودعنا والعمليات اليومية.
ولا يقتصر الدور على العمل في المستودع، بل قد يُطلب من الموظف دعم مهام مختلفة حسب متطلبات التشغيل اليومية.
استلام وترتيب وإصدار المنتجات
عد المخزونات والتحقق من قوائم الجرد.
دعم السائقين وعمليات التسليم عند الحاجة.
التسويق وترتيب المنتجات في مواقع الزبائن عند الاقتضاء.
نقل وتنظيم الصناديق، المنصات والمنتجات.
الحفاظ على نظافة المستودع وتنظيمه.
المساعدة في المهام التشغيلية الأخرى حسب تعليمات المشرف.
الاحتياجات من الموارد
موثوقة وقابلة للثقة.
يعمل بجد و سليم بدنيا
مرن وراغب في أداء مهام مختلفة.
معرفة أساسية بالحاسوب.
معرفة أساسية ببرنامج Microsoft Excel.
مهارات أساسية في التواصل باللغة الانكليزية.
الخبرة السابقة في مجال التخزين والتوزيع أو التسويق هي الأفضل.
القدرة على اتباع التعليمات والعمل كجزء من فريق.
المرتب ريالا عمانياً/شهرا، حسب الخبرة والمهارات وما إذا كان يجري توفير السكن.
المهم: هذا منصب تشغيلي مرن، وقد تتغير
اليومية وفقا لمتطلبات العمل وينبغي أن يكون الموظف مستعدا لدعم أنشطة المستودعات والمخزون والتوزيع والبيع عند الحاجة.
