- تعلن إحدى شركات التطوير العقاري الكبرى في مدينة الإسكندرية عن فتح باب التعيين لمهندس معماري حديث التخرج. – ممن لديهم الشغف والقدرة على التعلم المستمر واكتساب الخبرات الميدانية. – يتطلب الدور إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD و Excel. – مع معرفة جيدة ببرنامج 3ds Max ومعرفة أساسية ببرنامج Primavera. – كما يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم القدرة على إعداد ومراجعة اللوحات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings). – والقيام بأعمال حصر الكميات وتجهيز المقايسات وإعداد المستخلصات. – بالإضافة إلى الإلمام بأساسيات إعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشروعات. – يشترط الجدية والالتزام والقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والعمل بروح الفريق. – الشروط: لديه الرغبة والقدرة على التعلم والتطوير واكتساب الخبرات العملية – إجادة استخدام AutoCAD و Excel – الإلمام بأعمال حصر الكميات وتجهيز المقايسات وإعداد المستخلصات – معرفة أساسية بإعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشروعات – القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم – الجدية والالتزام والقدرة على التعلم والعمل ضمن فريق – المهام: الإلمام بأعمال حصر الكميات وتجهيز المقايسات وإعداد المستخلصات – المهارات: إجادة استخدام AutoCAD – إجادة استخدام Excel
