At the end of your internship، you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion recognising your experience and learning with Emirates Group

Location The programme is fully on-site، giving you the opportunity to experience the day-to-day working environment of your host team

Compensation Discover is an unpaid internship programme focused on practical experience، learning and career development

Your placement Opportunities are available across a wide range of areas، which may include HR، Finance، Technology، Commercial، Corporate Communications، Operations and Engineering، subject to business needs and availability

During the selection process، we’ll learn more about your academic background، interests and career aspirations to help identify an appropriate placement

Able to communicate clearly and confidently

You don’t need to arrive knowing everything

What matters is your willingness to learn، get involved and make the most of the experience

Qualification Who can apply? To be considered for Discover، you must: Be currently enrolled at a recognised university، either in the UAE or overseas or have graduated within the last 12 months

Be a UAE National or hold a valid UAE residence visa

Be 27 years old or below

Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent

Be available to complete an internship of at least two months، on-site in the UAE
