تعلن شركة مقاولات في مدينة الرياض عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس مدني للقيام بالمهام الإنشائية والإشرافية. – تشمل
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية ومتابعة تقدم المشروع. – ومتابعة جودة الأعمال والتأكد من مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات. – والتنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين والفرق الفنية. – بالإضافة إلى إعداد التقارير اليومية ومتابعة نسب الإنجاز. – وحصر الكميات ومتابعة احتياجات الموقع. – ومعالجة الملاحظات الفنية وضمان الالتزام بالبرنامج الزمني. – يتطلب المنصب الحصول على بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع خبرة عملية في تنفيذ المشاريع الإنشائية. – وإجادة قراءة المخططات وحصر الكميات. – والقدرة على إدارة الموقع والتعامل مع فرق العمل. – مع ضرورة التحلي بالجدية والانضباط وتحمل المسؤولية. – ويشترط وجود خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات. – الشروط: بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية – خبرة 5+ سنوات
