مبيعات الصيانة وتطوير الأعمال
تحديد وتطوير فرص الصيانة الجديدة في التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء المركزي والغرف الباردة.
إدارة العملاء والعقود
بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها وضمان تجديد العقود.
أنشطة المناقصة
إعداد ومتابعة المناقصات والمقترحات وعروض الأسعار.
التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية
العمل مع الفرق الفنية والتشغيلية لتقديم متطلبات العملاء.
متطلبات الوظيفة
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المبيعات أو التسويق أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
الحد الأدنى من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات ذات الصلة في شركات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (المفضل).
خبرة سابقة في شركات HVAC
(AMC/الصيانة/التكييف المركزي/الغرف الباردة).
رخصة قيادة كويتية صالحة.
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتفاوض باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
