الوظائف المتاحة
- التنسيق مع المحاسبة لمتابعة الفواتير والتحصيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال طلبات الزبائن ومتابعتها.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار والفواتير الأولية والوثائق التجارية.
- متابعة الطلبيات والتنسيق مع مصالح الإنتاج والمخزن والنقل.
- متابعة التسليمات والتواصل مع الزبائن.
- تنظيم ملفات الزبائن وتحيين قاعدة البيانات.
- إعداد التقارير التجارية ومتابعة الشكاوى.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- تكوين في التجارة أو التسيير أو الإدارة.
- خبرة في منصب مماثل مرغوبة.
- إتقان Word وExcel.
- التحكم الجيد في العربية والفرنسية.
- الجدية والانضباط وحسن التنظيم والتواصل.
- يُفضّل الإقامة في الأربعاء أو ضواحيها والقدرة على التنقل إلى مقر المؤسسة.
