المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة الإدارة في إدارة الأنشطة اليومية.
- تنظيم المواعيد والتخطيط.
- إعداد وتصنيف السجلات الإدارية.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- أن يكون لديه إتقان تام لللغة الفرنسية شفويا وكتابة.
البعثات
معالجة المكالمات الهاتفية والبريد (الإلكتروني والمادي).
كفالة الاتصال السليم بين مختلف الإدارات.
