Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Moroccan HR Generalist to join our team in Abu Dhabi Main Missions

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Manage daily HR activities and support HR policy implementation.

• Coordinate recruitment and support employee development.

• Support HRIS implementation and HR audits.

• Prepare HR reports، dashboards، and data analysis.

• Provide HR support to the centers. Education and Experience

• Master's degree in Human Resources، Finance، Audit، Business Administration، or a related field.

• Labor law and regulatory compliance.

• Recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Training and employee development.

• HR reporting، data analysis، and HR policies.

• Confidentiality، teamwork، and leadership.

• Organization and time management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office، especially advanced Excel. Languages

• Fluent in French، Arabic، and English. Location: Abu Dhabi، United Arab Emirates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience، preferably in a multinational environment. Technical Skills

• SOPs and conflict management. Soft Skills

• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure. IT Skills
