- تنظيم ومراقبة عمل الخادمات وعمال الصيانة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- واد فايت يعين مشرف (ة) على الخدمات المنزلية للانضمام إلى فريقه.

البعثات الرئيسية
الإشراف على فريق أعمال النظافة والتنسيق معه.
كفالة نظافة الغرف والأماكن العامة وحسن حالتها.
تفتيش الغرف قبل إتاحتها لمكتب الاستقبال.
ضمان احترام معايير النظافة والجودة وعرض المؤسسة.
رصد المنتجات واللوازم والمعدات الخاصة بالدائرة.
التنسيق مع دائرتي الاستقبال والتقنية لضمان حسن سير العمل في الغرف.
الإبلاغ عن حالات الشذوذ واحتياجات التدخل ومتابعتها.
توجيه ودعم وتدريب أعضاء الفريق.
المطلوب
الخبرة في مجال الخدمات المنزلية، ويفضل أن تكون في الفنادق.
الخبرة في الإشراف على فريق من المرغوب فيه.
اهتمام بالتفاصيل
علاقات جيدة وقدرة على قيادة الفريق.
دينامية، استعداد وإحساس بالمسؤولية.
