- ● متابعة الحالة اﻹدارية واﻻجتماعية للموظفين.
- ● معرفة إدارة شؤون الموظفين.
- ● القدرة على إدارة المسائل المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية بصورة مستقلة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- ● خبرة في مجال التوظيف ورصد العقود.
البعثات
● كفالة احترام وإنفاذ تشريعات العمل.
● توجيه عملية التوظيف.
نبذة عن البرنامج
5 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة.
الموارد البشرية
معرفة جيدة بقوانين العمل.
