● التخطيط والتشخيص: تحديد المواعيد، وبدء أوامر الإصلاح، والقيام بجولة للمركبة/المنتج وتوزيع العمل على الفنيين والميكانيكيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاستقبال والإصغاء: استقبال العملاء (بصورة مباشرة أو عن طريق الهاتف)، وتحليل احتياجاتهم، وتسجيل شكاواهم أو طلباتهم للحصول على خدمات.
- متابعة الملفات: كفالة متابعة التدخل في الورشة أو المخزون، وإدارة الفروق في الجرد والعلاقات مع البائعين.
- التنظيم: صرامة في متابعة الخطط، والمخزونات وإجراءات الشركة.
التسويق: عرض مبيعات إضافية (ملحقات، تمديدات الضمان، خدمات تكميلية).
الرد والمنازعات: شرح الفاتورة للعميل، وتنظيم إعادة السلع وحسم أي منازعات لضمان رضا العميل.
