- تنظيم وتنفيذ المهام الإدارية والمكتبية اليومية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- إدارة المكالمات الهاتفية، واستلام وتصنيف المراسلات.
- تنظيم وحفظ الملفات والسجلات الخاصة بالمكتب بدقة
