تعلن الشركة عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مدني لديه خبرة عملية من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال تنفيذ وإدارة المشاريع الإنشائية والمباني.
المتطلبات والمسؤوليات
خبرة قوية في تنفيذ وإدارة المشاريع الإنشائية والمباني.
الإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ بالموقع ومتابعة جودة الأعمال طبقًا للمواصفات الفنية.
قراءة المخططات الهندسية وحصر الكميات ومراجعة المستخلصات.
متابعة الجداول الزمنية وضمان الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم.
التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين.
خبرة في أعمال الخرسانات والتشطيبات والبنود الإنشائية المختلفة.
إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD وMicrosoft Office، ويفضل Primavera أو MS Project.
الشروط
بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع المباني والإنشاءات.
الجدية والالتزام والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
