مهمتك
وتقوم بتتبع كل طرد بين مختلف مكاتب الشركة، والتنسيق معها للتأكيد على الاستلام والنقل والتسليم، وإبلاغ العملاء بحالة الطرود ومعالجة استفساراتهم وشكاواهم، والاتصال بشركات التسليم عند الاقتضاء فيما يتعلق بالطرود التي هي قيد التسليم.
وتدير الطرود غير العادية (العنوان الخاطئ، وعدم إمكانية الاتصال بالزبون، والرفض، والتأخير بين المكاتب) وتصدر تقارير يومية.
