Key Responsibilities
- تعلن ورشة متخصصة في صيانة سيارات Porsche & Range Rover عن حاجتها إلى منسق قطع غيار للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في المعبيلة الصناعية – سلطنة عُمان.
- استلام طلبات قطع الغيار من المهندسين والفنيين.
- البحث عن القطع المناسبة حسب نوع السيارة والموديل ورقم الهيكل (VIN).
- التواصل مع الموردين ومقارنة الأسعار.
- طلب قطع الغيار ومتابعة التوريد والشحن.
- التأكد من مطابقة القطع للمواصفات المطلوبة.
- معرفة جيدة بقطع غيار بورش ورنج روفر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات البحث والتواصل والتفاوض مع الموردين.
- الدقة والتنظيم والقدرة على متابعة الطلبات.
- Receive spare parts requests from engineers and technicians.
- Identify the correct parts based on vehicle model and VIN.
- Contact suppliers and compare prices.
- Place orders and follow up on delivery and shipping.
- Ensure parts match the required specifications.
- Experience in automotive spare parts.
- Experience with luxury car brands is an advantage.
Requirements & Qualifications
- خبرة في قطع غيار السيارات، ويفضل السيارات الفاخرة.
- Good communication، research، and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
