- Dans le cadre du renforcement de son organisation، un Centre Médical situé à Saïd Hamdine recrute un(e) Téléopérateur(trice) soir de 15h30 à 00h00، ses missions principales sont: Assurer l'accueil téléphonique des patients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme.
Planifier، confirmer et modifier les rendez-vous médicaux.
Effectuer les relances téléphoniques et le suivi des rendez-vous.
Traiter les demandes reçues via les différents canaux de communication (téléphone، WhatsApp، e-mail).
