المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، والأستاذ العام، والقيود والتسويات والإقفالات متابعة إعداد ميزان المراجعة والقوائم والتقارير المالية والمحاسبية الإشراف على مطابقة الحسابات المصرفية والحسابات الوسيطة والمعلقة، ومتابعة الفروقات ومعالجتها ضمان سلامة المعالجات المحاسبية للمنتجات والخدمات المصرفية الإسلامية وفق المعايير المطبقة متابعة التكامل المحاسبي بين النظام المصرفي الأساسي والأنظمة المالية المساندة تعزيز الضوابط المحاسبية، ومتابعة الملاحظات الناتجة عن أعمال التدقيق والرقابة المساهمة في إعداد الموازنات وتحليل الانحرافات وتوفير البيانات اللازمة للإدارة المالية قيادة فريق الحسابات وتطوير أدائه، والعمل على تحسين الإجراءات والاستفادة من أدوات الأتمتة والتحليل المالي المؤهلات والخبرات بكالوريوس في المحاسبة كحد أدنى خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المحاسبة والأعمال المالية، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في القطاع المصرفي خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة فريق أو عمليات محاسبية خبرة عملية في الحسابات العامة، والتسويات، والإقفالات، وإعداد التقارير المالية المصرفية إلمام بالأنظمة المصرفية الأساسية والأنظمة المحاسبية المتكاملة مهارات قوية في التحليل المالي، وحل المشكلات، وإدارة الفريق، وتنظيم الأولويات المهارات : يُفضل امتلاك معرفة تطبيقية بأدوات تحليل البيانات والأتمتة وإعداد التقارير، مثل Power BI أو ما يعادلها، مع القدرة على توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في تحسين كفاءة العمل المحاسبي، مع مراعاة ضوابط أمن المعلومات والرقابة الداخلية How to Apply / كيفية التقديم طريقة التقديم على الراغبين ممن تنطبق عليهم
