• Extensive experience in preparing a wide range of bakery and pastry products، including

• All types of cakes.

• Pancakes.

• Croissants with various fillings.

• Baklava، Kunafa، and other Middle Eastern desserts.

• Chocolate products and confectionery.

• French bread.

• Burger buns.

• Pies، pastries، and baked goods.

• Ability to create and develop new recipes and products.

• Strong experience in bakery operations and kitchen management.

• Knowledge of inventory control، quality assurance، and cost management.

• Experience in marketing، sales development، and business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications
