تعلن مجموعتنا الرائدة في مجال مطاعم الوجبات السريعة (Fast Food) عن فتح باب التعيين الفوري للكوادر القيادية والإدارية لشغل وظيفتي (مدير مطعم / مساعد مدير مطعم) بفروعنا بالقاهرة والجيزة وشبرا الخيمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشمل المهام الأساسية متابعة المبيعات، إعداد الجداول والورديات، التحكم في الهالك والمخزون (Food Cost & Inventory)، التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وحلها باحترافية، وتدريب وتطوير أفراد الصالة والمطبخ.
- يشترط في المتقدمين التفرغ التام، السن لا يزيد عن 40 سنة، الموقف المحدد من التجنيد، والتمتع بمهارات قيادية عالية وحسن إدارة الأزمات والعمل تحت ضغط.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- نطلب خبرة عملية سابقة لا تقل عن عامين في إدارة تشغيل مطاعم الفاست فود، مع القدرة الكاملة على قيادة وتوجيه فريق العمل بالخط الأمامي والمطبخ، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات جودة الخدمة وسلامة الغذاء والتكلفة التشغيلية.
