- يعلن فندق في مسقط عن توفر شاغر لوظيفة موظف استقبال(ذكر )
- استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم بطريقة احترافية وودية
- شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو تخصص ذي صلة
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- تسجيل دخول وخروج النزلاء بدقة وكفاءة
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية والاستفسارات وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان راحة الضيوف
- التعامل مع الشكاوى أو الملاحظات بحرفية عالية
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء (ويفضل في قطاع الفنادق)
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
- مهارات تواصل قوية ومظهر لائق واحترافي
- القدرة على استخدام أنظمة الحجز وبرامج الكمبيوتر الأساسية مثل (MS Office)
- الالتزام بالدوام والعمل بنظام الورديات
- اللباقة وحسن التصرف تحت الضغط
