Missions principales

Préparation، vérification et suivi des factures clients/fournisseurs

Lecture et compréhension des cahiers des charges techniques

Préparation des dossiers de soumission et consultation

Gestion des documents administratifs

Classement، archivage، mise à jour des tableaux de bord

Suivi des paiements et relances

Profil recherché

Bac +2 / Bac +3 en Gestion، Comptabilité ou Administration

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word، Excel)

Rigueur، organisation، sens du détail

Une expérience de 10ans dans la facturation ou les marchés publics est un plus
