- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال تأكيد الطلبيات أو خدمة الزبائن (ليس شرطاً أساسياً).
المهام الأساسية
الاتصال بالزبائن هاتفياً لتأكيد طلبياتهم.
الرد على استفسارات الزبائن وتوجيههم.
الشروط المطلوبة
لباقة في الكلام وحسن التواصل مع الزبائن.
الجدية، الانضباط، والالتزام بمواعيد العمل.
إتقان اللهجة الجزائرية (ويفضل مستوى مقبول في الفرنسية).

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une Confirmabtrice pour rejoindre notre équipe e-commerce.
Contacter les clients par téléphone pour confirmer leurs commandes.
Répondre aux questions et requêtes des clients.
Assurer le suivi des livraisons avec les sociétés de transport.
Profil recherché
Excellent sens de la communication et courtoisie au téléphone.
Sérieuse، ponctuelle et dynamique.
Maîtrise de l'arabe (un bon niveau en français est un atout).
Une première expérience dans la confirmation de commandes ou le service client est souhaitée (mais pas obligatoire).
