Nous recherchons un Agent Support Client (Shift Soir) pour rejoindre nos équipes et participer à l'excellence de nos opérations clients.

Lieu de travail : Aeroport internation
⏰ Horaires : Shift du soir (16h00 – 00h00)
Transport : Transport RETOUR assuré à minuit
Rémunération : 35 000 DA / mois + Primes mensuelles de performance
Assurer la prise en charge des demandes clients (appels، chat، emails) avec professionnalisme.
Résoudre les réclamations et apporter des solutions rapides et efficaces.
Respecter les standards de qualité et les temps de réponse de l'entreprise.
Profil Recherché
Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Aisance avec les outils informatiques.
Sens de la communication، patience et rigueur.
Disponibilité sur la tranche horaire 16h-00h.
Résidant idéalement aux alentours de l'Aéroport d'Alger ou sur les axes desservis par le transport de retour.
