Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack

• Collaborate with the team to deliver technical design، development، and deployment of complex solutions within the relevant product

• Drive the adoption of Engineering practices، implement development process automation، lean software development، built-in quality، test-driven development، agile practices، and timely root cause analysis and blameless incident post-mortems.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to determine the viability of solutions

• Investigate، debug، and fix complex issues involving corner cases and rare conditions

• Contribute to sprint/work design and planning by providing subject matter expertise on business domain and relevant technologies، and actively contribute to technology-specific community of practices.

• Manage and mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice، coaching، and training opportunities

• Ensure optimal use of enterprise application platforms، tools، and libraries in line with the approved technology architecture.

• Responsible for corrective، adaptive، preventative، and perfective maintenance of products in collaboration with other capabilities for the relevant product

• Experience in developing advanced/complex technology software solutions for large، complex organisations in a multi-functional environment

• Experience in providing production support for business solutions using the ITIL framework

• Expert in technology technical evaluation، vendor selection، and technology vendor management using data-driven models

• Establishing and managing، leveraging technology platforms for DevOps، code management، testing، continuous integration، and continuous deployment to ensure a robust and reliable code base is always maintained.

• Full stack developer in Java Technologies

• Open API Specification and REST principles. Experienced with web service frameworks، including REST and SOAP.

• MS SQL، Oracle، PL/SQL. Good working experience with GitHub، GitLab، Jenkins، Bitbucket، and Maven.

• Experience working in SDLC، Agile methodology (SAFe)، and related tools like Confluence and JIRA

• Extensively worked on and successfully developed and deployed large، responsive websites. Extensively worked on the development and deployment of Content Management Systems (CMS)

• both prebuilt and headless

• Full Stack.

• Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science، Computer Engineering، or Software Engineering، and 5 + years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Evaluate current problems، future requirements، and existing solutions in medium to large projects to enable high-level design and drive proofs-of-concept and implement prototypes to validate ideas.

• Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science، Computer Engineering، or Software Engineering، and 5 + years of experience as a Software Engineer. Knowledge/skills

• Solid experience in data modelling، systems design، and an expert coder in the technology listed in the skills category.

• Core programming skills in Java (versions 11-17)، in Spring Boot and the Spring framework (Core، Spring Reactive، Spring Data)، JPA/Hibernate

The Senior Technical Software Engineer/ Java Full Stack

Will support in driving and implementing software engineering strategies، standards، and guidelines in the assigned feature team

Collaborate with the team to develop business-critical technical solutions through the application of software programming، robust engineering practices، and built-in quality

The job also includes planning/estimation، application development، deployment، release، hyper-care، and operation of developed solutions

The job holder provides technical leadership to the assigned team in the software development lifecycle

In this role you will

Carry out effective technical design reviews to ensure that the right architecture patterns are used by the team.

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Responsible for their technical deliveries and adherence to design and coding standards and practices.

Qualification To be considered for the role، you must meet the below

Deep experience in full-stack development capabilities covering all layers (i.e.، UI / Middleware and Databases).

Implementing contemporary engineering practices like lean software development، test-driven development، continuous integration، and continuous deployment.

Highly skilled and experienced in front-end development: ReactJS، Redux، and Node.js، as well as HTML5، CSS، JavaScript، and TypeScript

Experienced in Web Services and APIs

Functional and technical solutioning using design patterns، reactive programming، microservices architecture، and cloud technologies

Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation

Database development

Familiar with CI/CD، DevOps، and respective tools

Experience working with Docker، Kubernetes، and OpenShift

Strong knowledge of security and securing Kubernetes and OpenShift environments

Knowledge and understanding of observability—metrics، logs، and traces—and their influence on application health and performance.

Extensive experience in Identification & Access Management platforms، Single Sign-On، OAuth 2.0، and API integration

Experience in data privacy and risk assessment frameworks
