- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 أعوام في مجال السيرفس واستقبال الزبائن.
- القدرة على قيادة فريق العمل وتنظيم المهام ومتابعة الأداء.
- خبرة في متابعة جودة الخدمة وضمان رضا الزبائن.
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
- أن يكون المتقدم من سكان مدينة رام الله.
- حسن المظهر واللباقة في التعامل ومهارات تواصل ممتازة
