- تعلن شركة تشييد للتطوير العقاري عن رغبتها في تعيين مهندس معماري متخصص في مراقبة الجودة (QC Architect) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل. – يتطلب الدور الإشراف على الأعمال المعمارية وضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة. – تشمل المهام فحص الأعمال المنفذة وإعداد تقارير الجودة ومتابعة الملاحظات الفنية. – مع ضرورة الإلمام التام بأعمال التشطيبات والرسومات المعمارية. – الشروط: بكالوريوس هندسة قسم عمارة / فنون جميلة قسم عمارة – خبرة من سنتين إلى 4 سنوات في مجال مراقبة الجودة للأعمال المعمارية – يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المقاولات أو التطوير العقاري – معرفة جيدة بأعمال التشطيبات والرسومات المعمارية والمواصفات الفنية – المهام: القدرة على فحص الأعمال المنفذة والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المعتمدة – القدرة على إعداد تقارير الجودة ومتابعة الملاحظات الفنية – المهارات: معرفة جيدة بأعمال التشطيبات والرسومات المعمارية والمواصفات الفنية
