المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسيير الورشة: تنظيم وتنفيذ برنامج العمل اليومي وتوزيع المهام على العمال والفنيين.
- الإشراف على التقطيع والتجهيز: متابعة تقطيع الآجُور/الرخام وضمان احترام المقاسات والجودة المطلوة.
- إدارة الآلات: متابعة صيانة ورعاية آلات التقطيع وتفادي الأعطال.
- إدارة السلعة والسلع الأولية: استلام وتتبع مخزون الرخام والغرانيت والحد من الهدر (Gestion الشوت / Chutes).
- القيادة: شخصية قيادية، قدرة على إدارة فريق العمل وحل المشاكل الميدانية بسرعة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- Opérateur/Manoeuvre
- السلامة والجودة: الحرص على تطبيق معايير السلامة للعمال وضمان الجودة النهائية قبل التسليم للزبون.
- الخبرة: خبرة ميدانية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تقطيع الرخام والغرانيت.
- المعرفة التقنية: دراية تامة بأنواع الرخام، تقنيات التقطيع، والتعامل مع الآلات المهنية.
