تعلن شركة السائق الخاص للخدمات اللوجستية عن وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى: مدير منتج وتطوير أعمال (Product & Business Development Manager)
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الرئيسية: أولاً: تطوير الأعمال والتعاقدات (B2B Business Development)
- إدارة عملية التعاقد بالكامل: (التواصل الأول، تقديم العرض البيعي، التفاوض على نسب العمولات، وتوقيع العقود الرسمية).
- الاستماع لتحديات ومقترحات مقدمي الخدمات وتحويلها إلى ميزات تقنية تخدمهم داخل التطبيق. ثانياً: إدارة المنتج والمرحلة التقنية (Product & Project Management)
- العمل كحلقة الوصل الأساسية والمباشرة بين إدارة التطبيق وفريق البرمجة والتطوير (Developers) ومصممي واجهات المستخدم (UX/UI).
- متابعة الجدول الزمني لعملية البرمجة (Sprints) والتأكد من الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم ومراقبة الجودة.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطبيقات الحجوزات، السياحة، أو المنصات الرقمية الناشئة (Startups) في السعودية.
- خبرة سابقة تجمع بين إدارة المنتجات التقنية وتطوير الأعمال (B2B).
- حصر واستهداف اعمال المشروع وبناء شبكة علاقات قوية مع الشركاء.
- الإشراف على مرحلة "تأهيل الشركاء" (Onboarding) ومساعدتهم في رفع باقاتهم وتفاصيل الاعمال على النظام.
- صياغة
- والخصائص التقنية للتطبيق (Product Requirements) وتحديد أولويات الميزات الأساسية لإصدار الإطلاق الأول (MVP).
