A new dairy and cheese manufacturing factory is looking for an experienced Dairy & Cheese Production Technician to join its team.
Practical experience in dairy and cheese manufacturing.
Experience in producing milk، laban، yogurt، labneh، and various types of cheese.
Knowledge of pasteurization، fermentation، processing، packaging، and storage.
Ability to operate production equipment and monitor manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of quality control، hygiene، and food safety standards.
Ability to develop recipes، improve product quality، and minimize production waste.
