Job A full-time Supervisor is required in the delivery sector.
Key
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in the delivery sector and driver management.
Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
Proficiency in dealing with delivery applications and systems.
Driver Management: Monitor daily performance، resolve issues، and train new drivers.
Operations & System: Register and update data in the company's system daily، and have good knowledge of required government transactions.
Fleet: Monitor cars، motorcycles، maintenance، garages، and accidents.
Determined based on experience (during the interview).
